The rise of Pahlavis in Iran and the rule of Kamal Ataturk in the newly created Turkey, juxtaposed the two countries in the formation of the nascent world order. The case of the Kurds and their episodes of riot and political dissent in the east and south eastern Turkey, profoundly rooted in the late 19th century developments, was one of the main sticky points between Iran and Turkey. The current research employs a descriptive-analytical method to provide answers to the questions of what domestic and regional factors were important to the role of Kurds in the bilateral ties between Iran and Turkey. What was the nature of their impact on the relations? And what implications did their incursion had for the relations between the two countries? As a matter of fact, dissident Kurds were the result of deteriorating relations between Iran and Turkey, not the cause of it; in fact, the ambiguous conditions at borders and the impact it bore on bilateral ties caused these dissident groups to be used as a means to wield influence and power. As bilateral ties between Iran and Turkey worsened, these groups assumed greater roles; and once the dust settled and relations ameliorated, these groups would lose their heft.}, keywords = {Iran,Turkey,First Pahlavi,Kurds,Dissident Groups}, title_fa = {نقش گروه‌های معارضِ کُرد در مناسبات ایران و ترکیه در دورة پهلوی اول}, abstract_fa = {در سال 1923م. با فروپاشی و تجزیۀ امپراتوری عثمانی به دولت‌های کوچکتر، کشور ترکیه امروزی شکل گرفت. آغاز دوران سلطنت پهلوی در ایران و حکومت کمال آتاتورک در کشور جدید ترکیه، این دو کشور را در فرآیند نظم جهانی دوشادوش یکدیگر قرار داد. در این مقطع، یکی از نقاط برخورد میان ایران و ترکیه که ریشه در حوادث اواخر قرن نوزدهم داشت، مسألة کُردها و شورش آنان در مناطق شرق و جنوب شرق ترکیه بود. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی در پی پاسخ به این پرسش‌هاست: چه عوامل منطقه‌ای و داخلی سبب حضور گروه‌های معارض کُرد در روابط دوجانبه شد؟ ماهیت نقش این گروه‌ها چه بود؟ و ورود آنها به عرصة روابط دوجانبه چه تأثیری بر مناسبات دو کشور داشت؟ در واقع، مسألة گروه‌های معارض کُرد، معلول تیرگی روابط دو کشور بود و نه علت آن؛ به ویژه به سبب مشخص نبودن حدود و مرزها در روابط دوجانبه، گروه‌های مذکور در نقش ابزار فشار ظاهر می‌شدند: هرگاه مناسبات دو کشور رو به وخامت می‌رفت، نقش گروه‌های معارض گسترش می‌یافت و بر عکس هرگاه از سطح تشنج در روابط کاسته می‌شد، نقش گروه‌های معارض نیز رنگ می‌باخت.}, keywords_fa = {ایران,ترکیه,پهلوی اول,کُردها,گروه‌های معارض}, url = {https://www.hfrjournal.ir/article_76806.html}, eprint = {https://www.hfrjournal.ir/article_76806_bdde177b110b1a3e67d5b274af97290f.pdf} }
