International great powers’ intentions of redefining the political map of the Middle East, and the attempts of the ethnic and religious groups who didn’t have independent states of their own to take advantage of this opportunity, posed serious challenges to Iran and the Ottomans. The mains burgeoning stage of these challenges were the Northwest Iran and East Anatolia. With Turk nationalist consolidating their position in the Anatolia, Iranian statesmen, headed by Ahmad Qavam, sought to interact with the Ankara government. During the fateful era of 1919 to 1925 which witnessed the establishment of new political systems in Iran and Turkey, the Kurd issues and Iran’s concern over pan Turk activities in Azerbaijan State were the main influential factor in mutual relation. These issues persisted through the time when Reza Khan was the prime minister and into his monarchy.}, keywords = {Iran,Turkey,Political Relations,Kurds}, title_fa = {مناسبات سیاسی ایران و ترکیه ( 1304-1297ش./ 1925-1919 م. )}, abstract_fa = {ایران و عثمانی پس از پایان جنگ جهانی اول با مجموعه‌ای از مشکلات داخلی و تهدیدات خارجی دست به گریبان بودند. تصمیم قدرت‌های بین‌المللی برای باز تعریف نقشه سیاسی خاورمیانه و تلاش نمایندگان گروه‌های قومی و مذهبیِ بی دولت برای بهره‌گیری از این فرصت، حکومت‌های ایران و عثمانی را با چالش‌هایی جدی مواجه ساخت. شمال غربی ایران و شرق آناطولی از جمله عرصه‌های بروز این چالش بود. با تحکیم موقعیت ملی‌گرایان ترک در آناطولی، دولتمردان ایران ـ و در رأس آنها احمد قوام ـ درصدد تعامل با حکومت آنکارا برآمدند. در برهه سرنوشت‌ساز سال‌های 1925- 1919 م. که به استقرار حکومت‌های جدید در ایران و ترکیه انجامید، روابط تهران و آنکارا متأثر از مسأله کُرد و همچنین نگرانی ایران از تبلیغات پان‌ترکیستی در ایالت آذربایجان بود. مناسبات ایران و ترکیه در دوران نخست‌وزیری رضاخان و سپس در دوران سلطنت او نیز همچنان متأثر از این مسائل باقی ماند.        }, keywords_fa = {ایران,ترکیه,مناسبات سیاسی}, url = {https://www.hfrjournal.ir/article_83038.html}, eprint = {https://www.hfrjournal.ir/article_83038_5320306df69bac4dcb3b35779466cbe6.pdf} }
