The Quarterly Journal of History of Foreign Relations, by publishing articles on historical-political topics, aims to achieve the following goals and perspectives:
· Explaining the documented history of diplomatic relations between Iran and other countries
· Investigating and evaluating the effects of Iran's foreign relations with governments and nations of the world in order to use the experiences for current relations
· Creating a bridge of communication with professors, researchers, and students of various humanities disciplines, especially history, political science, and international relations, and helping to improve their scientific level
