Abstract
The life of Iranian revolutionaries in the Soviet Union after the establishment of the communist regime during 1921-1939 and issues such as the reasons and conditions of the immigration of lower-class Iranians have been the subject of inquiry in this article. The immigration was mainly to the booming economic areas in the Caucasus and the presence of Iranian workers in industries, mines and other fields in areas where the industrialization plans of the Soviet Union was underway gave way to their outward identity manifestations and organization of associations, schools, participation in political and revolutionary activities which according to the findings of this article Iranian revolutionaries met the bitter end during Stalin purges.
