The more a country possesses economic capabilities, and potentials, the more it needs to have ties with other countries. The expansion of cooperation between Iran and Japan is affected by their political necessities and their need to have interactions in the framework of international economy. To estimate the level of the cooperation between Iran and Japan and the factors which led to the promotion of these relations, the author has attempted to make this estimation on the basis of this assumption that Japan had a great deal of economic capabilities and bath Iran and Japan were placed in western bloc during those decades.
The fact that Japan needed raw material and oil of Iran led to bilateral economic ties between the tow countries.
